My name is Trevor James and I live to eat and travel. I live for street food and local food, and I'm traveling to taste it. I'm a hungry traveler that's currently living abroad in Chengdu, Sichuan China, eating as much delicious food as I can.
So far, I've eaten and filmed street food and local cuisine in China, Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand. Eating the same food as local Chinese, Malaysian, or Thai people has showed me that it's best to travel almost solely for the food! My dream is to keep eating and traveling the world forever, a non-stop adventure! I live to travel, and I know you do too! I love eating street foods and culinary treats while learning about new cultures!

Pure delicacy! The Huang aka golden roe from these Chinese hairy mitten crabs from Suzhou’s Yangcheng lake is extremely succulent and elegantly melts in your mouth! Locals spend hundreds of yuan per crab just for a taste. We thought we would try it out for the first time for Ting’s Moms birthday and I must say it sure was worth it! You’ll never forget the first time! Back to Guangzhou to celebrate Ting’s Moms birthday and ordered these seasonal Chinese Mitten Crabs AKA Dazhaxie. These beauties are a seasonal delicacy prized for their high grade golden gooey roe! Delivered straight from Suzhou all the way down to Guangzhou. This is like turkey dinner in a China; seasonal and highly anticipated every year. This is also a first for me.
